Back to Organ Loft On to Larne Methodist Church, a new drawstop organ similar in size

The Console
The Console is on a movable platform and can be moved into either the recital room or the Gymnasium during exam times, and there are mobile speaker setups as well for these occasions.  The Recital Room uses a two channel mix, but there is a duplicate set of eight speakers on a movable platform for use in the Gymnasium.  The acoustic in the gym is superb, but the PE staff have no need of an organ most days!

Here are some close-ups of the stopjambs.

The knobs are turned in Oak, with printed plastic labels inset into the face of the knobs. The script is Old English.
Note at the bottom of the Pedal jamb, the "rogue" stop is actually a rotary volume knob masquerading as a drawstop.
Not terribly authentic, but a blessing for the music staff who have to endure some fairly rudimentary practice from the students.  Everyone wants to hear what bottom C of the Contra Bombarde sounds like by itself - funny how some things never change !!

...and here's the right-hand jamb.

3 more of those rotary controls here at the bottom of the Solo division -
Transposition (saves actually having to learn the hymn if it's too high!)
Temperament (Werckmeister and Meantone)
and Piston Memory
The Script on the Tabs matches that of the Stops

..and so does the Piston markings
